Check not cashed and no NOA yet for I751

We mailed my husband's I-751 application on 12/10/07 to TSC. We got the delivery confirmation on the morning of Dec. 14th. Since then...nada...zip...nothing. The check has not been cashed. We have not received an NOA. If you take a look around in this forum, people who submitted the same day or a few days after to TSC got transferred to VSC and received an NOA already.

We are wondering if anyone else is this boat? I am seriously wondering if they lost the application. On the USCIS site it says you can all the misinformation line if you haven't received your NOA in 30 days (we are on day 26 from when they signed). Honestly, I can't imagine this will amount to much if they haven't even cashed the check. What does one do? Make an infopass appointment in a few weeks before his conditional greencard expires?

01/13/10 - Oath Ceremony

Well here we are not as bad as you but we still have no checked cashed either and they received it the 3rd of January. You would think they would want the money quick :)

12/31/07: Sent I-751 packet to Texas, the LONG wait begins once again!

01/03/08: Packed received.

We mailed ours on the 31st of December, and still nothing.

I got the delivery confirmation on the 7th from the USPS.

Crossing fingers that we get our check and NOA soon.

12/28/07 I-751 Submitted

01/14/08 NOA1 Received

02/12/08 Biometrics Completed
