urgent I-129 f extension

HI FOLKS,

can some one pls advise as our lawyer knows nothing and has no compassion to guide us ,where should we apply for I129 extension as its going to expire soon and we dont even have packet 3 yet??????

do consulates deal with extensions ,,,,, , i wonder r u guys sure ,i heard we have to apply for it( i mean our lawyer),as i129 has nothing to do with consulates.....

My I129F expired in March and I had my interview at the U.S. Consulate Montreal in August. The consulate told me that the I-129F would automatically be extended when I inquired back in Feb of last year.
