A couple questions about AOS

Two unrelated questions for AOS:

1. Do both people fill out the G-325A forms or just the alien fiance?

2. did you need your I-129F packet at all for any of this process (copies of the petition submitted, or bringing the package to your AOS interview?? )

1 just the foreign spouse.

2 copy of I-129F approval notice filed with the petition.

Recommended to have everything in a file with you at the AOS interview just in case the interviewing officer asks to look at it.

Send photo copies of all evidence in your petition, and keep all originals in your file.

I believe it's just the alien fiance... You will need a copy of the NOA2 of your I-129F along with the AOS application.
