Mailed K3 Dox to Laguna Niguel 2 mos ago....nada

Forgive me if this has been covered already.

I sent in my entire packet (incl. I-130, G325s, Cert of Marriage etc.etc.) by UPS along with my check for $355. to Laguna Niguel for K-3.

Have heard zero. No acknowledgement of receipt, no nada. The UPS tracking system shows delivered and signed for on 11/6/07. The check has not been negotiated.

What should be my next step?
