18 NOV 2010 Sent 1.8lb packet to USCIS in Laguna Niguel (day 1)

19 NOV 2010 Package signed for V SEMEGI (day 2)

24 NOV 2010 Package returned because USC didn't sign petition (day 6)

calendar reset

26 NOV 2010 Package sent out again (day 1)

29 NOV 2010 Package signed for by V SEMEGI (day 3)

29 NOV 2010 NOA1 issued (day 3)

03 DEC 2010 Hardcopy of NOA received (day 7)

07 JAN 2011 Successful walk in biometrics (day 42) original date 1 FEB

01 MAR 2011 Date on Approval notice (although it arrived after the card did) (day 94)

03 MAR 2011 Card received (day 96)

Welcome Jason and DAA!

The process is pretty 'interesting' to say the least. At times it seems like it is 'stuck'...then suddenly before you know it...you're married in the United States and have a green card! :)

Hello world, just coming to say hello. My name is Jason, and my wife to be is Daa, from Thailand. We met on one of the most beautiful islands of Thailand and after meeting, we were stuck together- like to band-aids. She even made a saying- 2-plaster (2-gether). So, as I am sure many of you can relate, it's not so easy at times, being 10,000 miles apart.

Her and her two kids mean the world to me, and I feel so blessed to have come to the same place and time as these angelic beings. They have truly helped me to be a better man.

I am happy to have found this place where us newbies can all gather, with are hearts so full, and be warmed by those who have made it thru the agonizing separation.

A happy 2008 to all of you

March 2005- Interview in USA EMBASSY in Philippine

April2005 - Waiting for my Police clearance from JApan

May 2005- submit the Police clearance in US EMbassy

June2005 - Waiting for my approval result

June 28 2005- Visa on hand!

July 13 2005- Arrive in USA

June -July 2007- have a notice from USCIS that may interview will be soon..

Aug 2007-- Re-schedule My interview..

sept 2007-- waiting for the new schedule for interview!

Oct.2007-- my son turn 1 year old...

Nov 2007-- I got the schedule for my interview.. so excited

Dec 17 2007- FINALLY the interview ...

Dec 21 2007.card production ordered

Dec 26 2007-Notice E-mailed welcoming the new permanent resident

Jan.2 2008- Approval notice been sent.

Jan 20 2008- Recieve the (10years) GREEN CARD on the mail! FINALLY!

08-10-08 AOS package delivered to Chicago lockbox

08-14-08 check cashed

08-13-08 NOA1 for EAD,AP,AOS

09-03-08 Biometrics appointment

10-02-08 Case transferred to CSC

10-16-08 EAD and AP approved
