As of December 31, 2007, USCIS has completed initial data entry and issued receipt notices for applications and petitions received on or before the dates indicated:

You should be seeing it soon considering the holidays.

Also, I recomend that you join and participate in "A Candle for Love" that site's FAQ pages and immigrations forums are the best to prepare you for the immigrations process through Gunagzhou consulate.

Lastly be prepared for an unusually long wait when your petition is sent to the consulate by NVC, GUZ puts them in storage for 3-4 months and then the "receive" them.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

I submitted the I-129f for k-1 to CSC on Dec. 6 2007 and has not received the NOA 1. My checking account does not show the check being cashed as of today. Should I be concerned that it is taking over a month to receive just the NOA 1? Thanks in advance.

Look, sooner or later you will get something, and hopefully you will not have to wear my soes, cause i got my things back after 1.5 months saying that we mailed to a wrong address, and they gave us the "right" address, and, guess what, it came back again after 2 weeks:"wrong address"

Well, at list the third time was right.

I'm just saying...Things happen
