NEED HELP 'BOUT MEDICAL EXAM

I entered US with K1 visa last july 2007 and got married september. Due to some financial reasons there was a delayed of me submitting my papers for my AOS before my visa expired. But finally after a while, next month we are very ready to start our papers. My question is, since I didn't have my AOS right away, am I entitled for a full medical examination? if so, how much do I have to pay in going to the civil surgeon? Do I need to bring a I-693 form with me or they will be the one providing one for their patient?

8. Fiancé(e)s.

If you are a K-1 fiancé(e) or K-2 dependent who had a medical examination within the past year as required for the nonimmigrant fiancé(e) visa, you only need to submit a vaccination supplement, not the entire medical report.You may include the vaccination supplement with your adjustment of status application.

All you need to do is get foreign vaccination record transfered to the supplement by a US Civil surgeon, DO NOT let them do a full medical, just a supplement is needed fee should be no more that $40 or so.

If need a vaccination or immunity test, call around, local health dept can sometimes do them for very little $$

Good question john and marlene and thank you. Anyways, I had my medical for my visa last May 16, 2007. And our papers for my AOS will be ready by the first week of February this year.
