you have to be over 125% of the poverty level for the household including your SO so if you have 2 in the house you will need to look at 125% for 3 people.

There are many threads on this and I am sure someone will point you to the one with a link to the poverty lines as I cannot remember where it is :(

It depends on the number of people that are in the sponsor's household (children, or other dependants). Here is a link that will show you the exact dollar amount. (Shown is 100% and 125%, you will want to meet 125%.) Source

e.g. $17,112 as its said the 125% of poverty level in 48 Contiguous States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam. So is it annually ?? pls answer though i know this is a silly question .............. thanks !!!!

Yes 1 year's gross income.
