USC wants to find a new job while waiting for approval of the petition

My US fiance wants to apply for a new job.

Can it have an impact on the process of our K-1 petition? I know he has to give "two to three of his most recent pay stubs and a signed letter from his employer listing his job title, start date, his salary, and the status (full-time) of his position".

Will the embassy care about the start date? Can they deny our petition based on the fact that he won't be at his new job for long enough?

Not a problem, as long as income from new job exceeds povertyline, and past 3 years IRS returns show consistent income.

OK then I guess that will work, his income will be (as for his current job) above poverty line. And I think he has had consistent income for more than the past 3 years.

If he is getting a better job and above the poverty line. It will be fine from what I have read. Like YuAndDan said that should be the only paperwork you need.
