Since it will be roughly another year till you get eligible for removing conditions, it is nearly impossible to predict how the processing times will look like then.

Currently some ppl get their 10yr cards through I751 within 3 months, others wait 12 months+.

Looks to me like the norm is between 9 and 12 months.

We are applying to remove condistions in August, so this topic is always at the top of my list.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

Thanks guys for your replies, so actually it is very difficult to make any kind of prediction.........I juts wanna make sure, although it's going to take whatever (months, years) to get the 10 year green card, in order to travel outside the US if they send something temporary in the meantime in order to go outside and come back to the USA. Do they do that?

Sorry if someone else ask the same silly question, but I'm planning to go back to my country when actually I will have started already my process of removing condition. Will I be able to leave US if I don't have the 10 year green card, but I'll have alreay started the removing process?

Thnaks again!!!!!

You will receive a NOA1 which incorporates a one year extension of your greencard. The combination of NOA1 and expired greencard will allow you to travel and work.

Tweety, thanks for giving me that info, because I was kind of confused, so actually with NOAq & the expired greencard I'll be allowed to travel outside US, That's a good news, I thought I could not to see my family in my country until I didn't have the 10 year green card....... thanks again!!!!
