Quick question.

Case complete at NVC, file is now at London Embassy, Interview is Jan 18th 2008.

My wife (in the US) moved a while ago, but after she sent in all her Affidavit forms and evidence.

We only just found out out she needs to mail an I-865, Change of address form within 30 days??

Well, the 30 days are WAY past, and my case is in London... should she mail the I-865 right now to USCIS? or if not, what should i do??

Really dont need YET another thing to worry about before my interview! SOOOO ANNOYING!

any help would be great!

Thank You!!

The embassy does not really care to see I-865. I brought my husband's completed I-865 with me, while the other copy was sent to the USCIS. The officer only verified with me which address I want my GC to be sent to (the old address) and that was it.

You however do have to file change of address with the USCIS. The sooner the better.

CR-1 Timeline

March'07 NOA1 date, case transferred to CSC

June'07 NOA2 per USCIS website!

Waiver I-751 timeline

July'09 Check cashed.

Jan'10 10 year GC received.
