As our case, goes, the NVC is moving very quickly; much faster than we are, in fact. For example, they received our DS-230 on 12/13, and told me that it would take 6 to 8 weeks to review it. However, not only have they already reviewed it, I received an RFE that was mailed 1/2/08. They send us rush letters lol.

NVC seems to be moving fast right now (ours was there less than a week, but that was awhile ago) and after that it depends on the consulate.

Here's hoping for a fast and smooth process

After the Forms are sent to the NVC center how long is processing actually moving at this time? Anybody know about the Algiers embassy how many days processing its taking from this moment?

its a multiple form step process.. You can look at the cr1 timeline for me and see when my package went to NVC and then how long it took for the next papers to be sent. Right now I am waiting on the papers ( packages) to be sent to my attorney for the affadavit of support and ds230. My fee bills were sent out about 6 days after my package was there and then my attorney sent the fee bills in on December 28th. I am now waiting for the other instruction packages.

No one can tell you exactly how long it will take because its not one piece of paper, its several and as I remember I do not think you filled in your timeline

You show no NOA2 date, and none of the other fee bill dates are filled in. I think you need to change your timeline format and then fill in the dates each item was received
