Claudeth's biometrics letter came today and her appointment is 01-17-08 in Santa Ana. That was fast, they just received the petition on December 20th.

Nice to see you are back on track Jim. We had biometrics done in Sac. on the 3rd of Jan and were in and out in twenty minutes.

Hope yours is as easy.

12/01/08 Mailed

12/24/08 check cashed

01/14/09 Biometrics

03/20/09 Interview

05/05/09 Oath

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
