speaking of babies, I just have to share this sweet face.... (F)

yo011409.jpg

Ahhhh that face is to die for! I just want to scoop her up! Enjoy this precious age awaterlily...and the so many precious ages to follow!

I like your advice about the timing is never right, you just have to make up your mind to do it. If I wait until everything is "just right" I will be 50! But I do know that I would prefer to have a baby-free marriage for at least one year, maybe two. But - who knows what will happen!

She is so sweet awaterlily! I love children.. I am so ready for a baby.. but i have to be with my hubby first.. :( I am thinking if we were together if we didn't lose one year for the visa process, we might had a baby by now.. I don't know..i feel so frustrated, so sad and angry sometimes.. because our years are stolen.. I sent the packet 3 ten days ago, but still don't know the interview date.. wy everything is too slow..they don't care how long you are apart from your husband..

sorry for not giving you strength, positive energy now..hope to give you good news next week..and hear your good news...

Have a great weekend..

Well.... I was planning on being tight-lipped for a little while...but with all this talk about babies, I might as well come out and say it. Ozzy and I found out on Wednesday (well I should rephrase that...I found out on Wednesday...he found out last night after he got back from his trip and we found a minute to spend alone together LOL) that we'll be expecting a little one, probably in late September/early October!

The timing isn't the greatest, as I'll still have ~2.5 months of nursing school left to get through after the baby's here (we were hoping to wait until after I graduated), but we're ecstatic nonetheless...Allah will give us wisdom to sort out the details and I firmly believe everything will work out perfectly fine in the end. :star:

BTW, Awaterlily, your daughter is absolutely precious!! She is just getting cuter and cuter!

awaterlily,

Looks like it is just us right now going thru the N-400 process....wish you a smooth trip on this final path called immigration.

Candemir just had his biometrics done; in and out in about 8 min  Inshallah this last process will go smooth. Then we turn right around and start over... Inshallah we will petition to bring his mother ASAP.

Wish Betty would check in as they were just ahead of us. Mina...... where are you?

I tried to upload some photos and I cant.....says they are too large. Any idea's?

yep, it does look like it's just us right now. USCIS just updated their processing time schedule and it looks like 5 months start to finish for our local office. :star: Let's hope so! I'm so through with this immigration stuff, you know.

Glad to hear Candimer had a quick biometrics! Has he started studying for the civics exam?

About the pictures, do you use flikr or photobucket?
