Nessa, why do you buy movies you haven't seen yet?

I wondered the same thing alex but maybe they just want a big movie collection? I only buy ones that I can see myself watching over and over. I have maybe 30-40 movies and there is probably only 5-10 that I've watched more than once so I only buy ones now that I will watch at least 10-15 times.

we buy Tuesday's releases. We check the ratings and comments, well, at least I do on Netflix and IMDB. If the movie sounds good we buy. If not I order on Netflix. We have a pretty good collection already, and yes, sometimes I ask Charles to buy movies that have a chance to be not so good, it's a risk. But we made a deal recently that we'll only buy movies that we're pretty sure are good.

just got back from seeing vantage point and it was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO good. I won't give it away but basically they show the story a lot of different ways how different people saw it and then at the end it all comes together like WOW! anyways super super good and I highly recommend it!

yesterday I watched 3 movies!!!!! I went to see vantage point which I already talked about. I watched elizabeth the golden age and fell asleep which was sad cos I really wanted to see it and then last night we watched the brave one. the brave one was good but I just couldn't get into it. I think it's because we started watching it so late. then today I watched no reservations because I really liked the foreign movie that it was based on but no reservations was so #######! the acting was horrible and I was so bored! I wanted it to be good dammit!

 Rey and I took my brother to it because there was nothing else available at the time. We thought it would be a dumb romantic comedy, but oh noooo. It turns out it's some totally freaking crazy drama. Once the car accident happened, Rey and I were like, "oh #######!"

Whenever we see previews for the on-demand movie on TV, we lament the hours of our life we gave to that movie.
