Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

Hi are there any Dec filers still waiting for NOA2? This is getting depressing.....

Yes I know some are but probably not all of the ones on this list who don't list NOA2. I know some (or at least one) jumped to another thread to track progress from NOA2 through the NVC. I have been meaning to check timelines on them and update their progress on the list so it doesn't look quite so depressing. I am sorry to hear that you and Ilya R. still don't have them and I really hope you will get them and get to the NVC soon! :)

Ok, huge amount of updates and I have filled in the info from peoples VJ timelines. Some unfortunately seem to have no updates at all (at least according to their VJ timeline), others have a bunch of updates, and some have switched to K-3. I hope this will help those that look to this list for an overview of the process. :)

We do have one person already approved and, according to their timeline, has their loved one with them as of today! Congratulations desiboy2k4! :D

Please let me know if you have any more updates or if you see a mistake in the list. :)

They have never emailed or sent me anything! If I had waited for them to do that I would not even have paid a bill yet. LOL. I called NVC and they told me our interview date. CALL CALL CALL :thumbs:

I think i have called that number about 50 times already. lol I don't like waiting for the snail mail either... lol

I think i would still be waiting for my NOA1 if i didn't call. lol

The automated will tell you but if you talk to a real person you can get more info, like when they mailed your appointment letter and you can ask any questions you might have about the medical, etc. :) By the way the appointment letter has your interview date in it as well along with info on what to bring to the interview (you already sent most of it according to the new rules) and some info on the medical. :)

I hope they give you good news about your interview! :)

Let me know when you have updates so I can update the timeline.

I will be away for a week starting next Friday as I am flying to Japan for our interview and to spend time with my wife and her family and friends so I probably wont get a chance to update during that time.

Well the time has finally come and I will be leaving tomorrow afternoon from MSP headed for Tokyo! :)

Our interview is on Monday and I am just getting my final packing done tonight. I made sure that I have everything that we sent to them and some additional evidence to boot. :)
