Firstly I am going to have a CURRY tomorrow, the first time since I left England and OMG have I missed Indian food!! Another Brit VJ'er fishnchips recommended a really good one in OKC, so lunchtime tomorrow I will be knee deep in their buffet

Secondly - I have friends from the UK arriving tomorrow  My old work assistant and her hubby are trekking across the USA and stopping here for a few days. On Sunday we are going to take them to a rattlesnake festival!! I already have the Gin & Tonic cooling ready for a major session of gossip.

Anyway I may be quiet for a few, but will be back Tuesday with news and 'blondie' pics

Hope you all have as great a weekend as I will.

Man, are they having the rattlesnake festival already down there? I totally forgot, I REALLY wanted to take hubster to it, as I remember going when I was a lil kid and it was something. The building they held it in reverberated with the sounds of rattles goin off.

Where is that at exactly? Is that OKC?

I reckon theres a website, but sheesh, hubby just started working and it would be a heck of a drive with no planning. :(

Its in a place called Wynoka - north west of Enid in northwest OK. It starts tonight and goes on until Sunday night, they are expecting 25,000 attendees - hopefully a few less snakes :hehe:

And Brother Dean - I'll let you know, they cook some as well to eat :help:
