lol a souviner...yea. ive been trying to find my sister something for a week. no luck. there isnt anything here. no postcards ive seen, not really anything except clothes, food and toys. lol i cant even scoop up some sand to bring cause i live in a concerete part of the city LOL.

i also had eye surgery, julianna! not lasik though. i had one called PRK that they do on extra blind people. unlike lasik, it was very painful, they do one eye at a time with months between the other surgery, and the vision comes on slowly...not instantly like lasik.

STILL the best thing i ever did for myself!

Polarbear: When I went to have mine done and I got the information packet it said that if you wear gas permeable lenses that the surgery might not be possible. I'm sure it varies though and depends on your vision and history etc.

Good "morning" everyone! Woke up late, cause I went to bed late doing some homework. I had to write about the Signs of the Last Day (in spanish), found them, but can't find references (in hadiths) ughh, so that's what i'll do today insha Allah.

jess-love the baby updates.....water-a big hug for you , hang in there, it'll be ok insha Allah....jackie-you sound better each day alhamdulillah....bridget-i feel weird calling you bridget instead of doodles , but anyway, I hope you're feeling better these days.... and all who need eye surgery-may you all have a complete and quick recovery! (i'm sure i need it too, my sight is getting worse each day, but hate to wear glasses!)

I only have a few more days of maternity leave, wow those 12 weeks just flew by...

I have vacation in June but I was going to ask if by march he's not here if I can take vacation early go early in april or may, I will go for less time so i can go back i the fall too if we are still in the black hole.
