My fiancee arrived on Dec 19th and we were married on Dec 24th. She applied for a SSN and has it now.

On my 2007 taxes i can file as married filing jointly correct? Or does she need her green card first? We are about to file the AOS papers now.

I know if you get married Dec 31th you can file married for the whole year but is it differnet if my wife is not a US citizen yet?

Yes, you can file as married - you file using your status as of December 31st.

Now as to whether you're married filing singly or married filing jointly

Just for clarification it is referred to as Married Filing Separate not singly as that might confuse some

YMMV
