Hi, I arrived in the US one month ago with my IR-1 visa. They stamped my passport and put my A number on it. I haven't received my green card yet. I need to leave the USA for 3 weeks. Has anyone experienced reentry into the US without the green card, having only the stamped passport? Is there any possible problem with that in the POE?

The stamp should be an I-551 stamp, this makes your passport into a temp green-card good for 1 year, allowing re-entry after a trip abroad, as well as work authorization.
