OK just got off the phone with NVC to get my new case number. I didn't get their receipt date, but she did say it was forwarded to Dublin on 3/11 so now I can try my hand at the DHL search to see if I can find it!

5th February 2008 - I-129F forms sent for K1 visa (VSC)

26th March 2008 - NOA2 recieved via email

19th May 2008 - Interview............APPROVED!!!!!!

21st May 2008 - Visa in hand

29th July 2008 - POE

2nd September 2008 - Married

19th September - Mailed AOS/EAD/AP to Chicago lockbox

25th September - Check cashed $1010.00 (OUCH!!)

29th September - Received NOA's for AOS/EAD/AP

13th October - AOS Petition transferred to CSC!!!

17th October - Biometrics (Tampa Office)

17th October - AOS/EAD Touched

20th October - AOS Touched

21st October - AOS Touched

6th November - AOS/EAD/AP Touched (probably due to change of address)

10th December - EAD approved

28th January 2009 - GC approved without interview. Done with all this till 2011!!!!!!!!

Flying Virgin Atlantic nonstop so I have to go through Gatwick...Darren always flies through there and he says it's not too bad...I am getting so nervous about the plane ride and meeting the in-laws!!!

Cool. Gatwick isn't bad at all - Heathrow was always easiest because it is on the tube line ;) and my company's office in the UK is in Ealing, only about 10 minutes up the road from Heathrow on the tube!

You'll be fine on the flight ... and you'll do fine meeting his parents too!!! Just be you and everything will be alright!

While I'm in London, the company I am working for these two weeks is in Hounslow. We pass through Ealing on our way there!

I read today the the VJ applications is only about 5% of the applications they recieve. :angry:

Is it an RFE? That means a request for information...from my understanding, you won't know exactly what the request is for until you receive the info from USCIS. It could be something as simple as something not signed correctly...

Just got my NVC Letter. They have forwaded my case to Warsaw :D I know have a NVC Case number,however, when I call to the automated messaging system they have no record o case number. Maybe the computer has not been updated yet.
