great news coming in, well done to the few who have got the NOA2.

I am totally confused how they select who gets it and why other must wait so long. Luck of the draw it seems.

I also think there's a luck aspect to it, but I do have some questions and curiosities:

Did you all file with the same method as suggested by visajourney? (I did) , or did you guys go through the legal route, or a combination of many websites? I feel this could affect our results the most.

Is there a way to see your "touch" history ? Or can you always see the last one only as shown by the "last updated" column ? Does that mean you guys check everyday to see whether you've been touched ?

thanks!

061.gif I know that feeling exactly. I feel like I'm on a rollercoaster ... never know how the day is going to go!! It's starting to be for him too! I try not to check the case status very often ... if I don't, he asks if it changed, or goes and looks and tells me!

What to do, what to do? 1087.gif

To the best of my knowledge there is no way to see your touch history. You can just check daily and compulsively like the rest of us :)

I filed with the VJ suggested methods and am still waiting. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to it. There were several people who were "touched" on February 17 and several of them saw approvals since. Then there were several more touched on February 24th (a new group of people) and several of them have been approved. There are some who applied at the end of January who already have their NOA2 and then there are those who applied at the end of November who are still waiting.... Strange if you ask me...

I found this board when we thought we were ready to file, then after reading the boards, I went OK, we SOOOOOOOO are not ready to send this off. I'm so glad I found VJ and the guides. It was lots of reading and trying to figure out how/what/where, etc. It's been helpful from so many standpoints. The guides are great. The people here are fantastic!!! And well, who else is going to understand you but other people going through the same process, the same crazy emotions, etc. 050.gif

It's kind of hard not to check, especially with the January approvals!!!! You keep hoping you might just get approved too!!

The only way I know to see the "touch" is by the last updated column!

I have read on this site that sometimes they'll pull a random file for training, which can result in a unusually fast approval. If that is the case - then a special congratulations to the approved January filers for truely having their act together when they submitted their paperwork.

Yes, we fell into that same boat too. We thought we had the forms filled out until we ran across this site and saw we didn't have all these letter of intents, the way of setting up the proofs, and building the packet together.

VJ made the difference though, had we sent what we originally had and then run across this place, it would've been nerve-wracking!

Frankly I found it to be cool building a story of ourselves, how we met, etc. It's like we wrote a book and we're giving it for publishing to the VSC publishing corp and now waiting for approval ! ;)

Hoping for the best for us all,

I had a crazy dream last night... (well it's thursday morning here in my part of the world by the way) I dreamed we were touched again and then the status had changed... changed not to approval stat but to RFE STAT  . In my dream they were asking for my son's school record to prove that he is indeed 11 years old (my son is just 8 yr old actually & i have a 10 year old daughter)

I think this is really getting into me... as in really really getting into me.
