Well, Well miracles do happen. I check my junk mail folder today and I see three emails from the USCIS. I am so excited that this ordeal is over.

The email notice said it was sent two days ago. FINALLY!!!! to all my fellow New Yorkers waiting, the journey is almost over.

Thanks for your prayers, support this is an experience that I will never forget. Hopefully that is it with the emotional and physocological drama that the USCIS has put us through.

So it is realy the 5 weeks the oficer told us on the interview.

But it is so difficult to wait if there are people on the forum that got card after less then a week.

Than you for all your help

Hopefuly in 8 days we will have some news too

2009: Conditional GC Expired and Husband has been having affairs since 2008 in China. Can't file for ROC since he got laid off. He came to Jakarta to live with me and my parents. He got a new job. Life resume to normal or so I thought.
March 2010: Officially separated after yet more affairs exposed just a day after my birthday!

February 2011: Officially divorced.
June 18, 2011: He married the girl he had the last affair with.

August 2014: I am engaged with my real soulmate. Not an American.

10-21-2005 AOS fingerprint notice for 12-08-2005

11-07-2005 AP approved

12-05-2005 Infopass appt at San Jose office for interim EAD -- Refused, because it is already approved by MSC on 11-07-2005

12-07-2005 Attempt at interim EAD at San Francisco office -- no go. Back to San Jose, where CSO (chief station officer) tells they will contact MSC via email to request permission to issue interim EAD

12-08-2005 Biometrics for AOS and EAD. Having no EAD appt letter was no problem (used EAD NOA)

12-15-2005 EAD arrived in the mail

12-24-2005 Received interview letter; interview scheduled 03-01-2006

01-28-2006 Received replacement SSN card in married name (5 wks since application)

03-01-2006 AOS interview -- approved; received stamp in the passport

03-13-2006 Green card arrived in the mail
