Hi Everyone, I'm new to this site my situation is that my husband entered legally in 1992 with a border crossing card, the only thing is that he lost it and just decided to stay here since he was in school, we met in 1999 in highschool and dated all through 2004 when we got married (all the lawyers said he couldn't adjust status here) so we waited for an immigration reform, we have a 19month a very wise lawyer told me I should do some digging to try to find a document that can prove his legal entry(which I have no idea) do any of you know if there was a document back then with border crossing cards that could prove his legal entry?

Would they have records going back 15 years? How long do they keep this record?

there is no 1-94 for border crossing cards, because they are only to travel 25 miles into the US, and only for no more than 3 days
