08/24/06 - we met thru his cousin who was my co-worker

04/18/07 - my honey asked me to marry him and i said yes! we're ENGAGED!

05/28/07 - my honey sent the petition to USCIS

06/08/07 - USCIS recieved (on-line)

09/25/07 - hard copy of NOA1 received thru mail

10/15/07 - process for the petition was taking long so he decided to go back to the PI

10/22/07 - NOA2 approved (on-line)

11/08/07 - honey had to leave me again to go back to hawaii

12/10/07 - i was assigned an interview date (2/7/08) and PE date (1/30/07)

01/02/08 - Received PACKET 4!!!!!!

01/04/08 - 1st Day Early Medical at SLEC

01/07/08 - 2nd Day Early Medical at SLEC - PASSED!!!

01/30/08 - Scheduled Medical accdg to packet

02/06/08 - Interview at the USEM 7:30AM - APPROVED!!!!

02/12/08 - US Embassy called for visa pick-up

02/14/08 - Visa on hand YEY!!!!WOHOOOO!!!!!

02/16/08 - 3:30pm Flight to HNL, Hawaii

02/21/08 - Civil Wedding

4/23/08 - NOA

4/25/08- ASC Appointment Notice

I am not sure if I am correct.. if anyone can correct me please do.. Deezee you mentioned that you got a pink slip. I believe pink slips are for those that wants to pick up their visa in the embassy. Did your fiancee asked to pick up the visa? I hope you get your visa asap this month so you can go do the CFO thing and be with the love of your life...

I think pink slips are for being approved, not just for visa pickups. So I got the pink slip and paid delbros. Oh, I already finished my CFO seminar last week so I'll just need to go back for the stamp once I get my visa. Thanks for the support and I hope you get your approval tomorrow! :)

If not, Maybe that's what's taking so long for her visa to arrive?

No coz at the time during my interview last November, they didn't require the document verification yet. But that's not the reason why its taking so long. I just don't know with them. :(

Did u try to call the USEM to inquire??

I hope so too!! That's my only wish..I keep calling them every now and then and they just told me that my case is still with the officer.

Jenny went to USEM, explained the situation (delbros/pinkslip) and the Guard allowed her in. She has the pink slip, paid the delivery fee now. She was told that the Visa should be delivered in 7-10 days. And recieved a text from Delbros stating this:

DELBROS delivers! We will send you another automated text upon the release of your VISA by the US Embassy. DELBROS is always at your service!

Anyway thats the latest. God Bless

5-25-2010 - Delivered to Vermont Service Center & Signed For

6-1-2010 - I-751 Receipt Notice Received in Mail (dated 5/26/10)

*time Passed

7-30-2010 - Biometrics date: August 13, 2010

8-13-2010 - Biometrics Finished

*time passed

8-30-2010 - email received 'card production ordered'

8-31-2010 - touch (updated on uscis as approved)

9-4-2010 - Received 10yr Green Card ** Now we relax **
