I have yet to get approval filed I130 on 6/28/07 at csc and noa date is 7/12/07 Can any old timers tell me y so long with no rfe or anything.Everyone is different, but most ppl on her dont wait that long it is very rare as i am looking at others timeline, EVEN FOR NIGERIA. ppl filing after me are getting notices .. I need somone input on this matter please.

Where is your service center? In Vermont they are currently processing I130 with the NOA date of June 6, 2007. This site is usually at best updated once a month around the 14th or 15th. Now it is not accurate, because mine has a NOA of July sometime and was approved in September. They are supposed to work on them on a case by case basis, but they often grab easy cases, and put more difficult cases aside. This is done in an attempt to keep their processing numbers up.

Everyone is the same from the USCIS to the NVC for processing times. The processing times change at the embassy level, although, petitions from third world countries often take longer with APs. Angel ,(cant remember exact profile name) case (CR-1)was completed at the NVC June 2007. She still does not have an interview appointment yet.

It takes only a month to get an appointment for a I129f/k3 visa, but significantly longer for the CR1.

mrs jibowu, I know the k3 is faster i'm praying mine gets approved and gets to nvc before cr1. I contacted senator office this morning they said there should get a response within week 1/2 they will try to put pressure on them. I am not in ap/security checks or anything just taking their slow time, Hopefully they will issue a decision very soon. the only thing is i have a child never been married no criminal record, husband is the same way no children no records never been denied visa etc ...
