Officially Engaged December 24th, 2007!!!

Moved to the U.S. to be with my baby on July 19th, 2008 on a K1 visa!!!!

***10 year green card in hand as of 2/2/2012, loving and living life***

Hmmm maybe we should move back to Canada! lol smile.png

Yes, uscis has been known to work on Sundays. Probably due to employees trying to keep up with the case-loads, working at home.

05/18/2007 Filed I-129F at Chicago Office ( Filed 186 days ago) 6 MONTHS!!

05/20/2007 rec'd NOA (184 days ago for NOA I ) REACHED THE 6 MONTH MARK!!

BOTH APPLICATIONS APPROVED 11/20/2007 THANK YOU MY GOD!!

11/20/2007 Date of NOA 2 email

11/26/2007 Date of hard copy of NOA 2

12/12/07 Date NVC receives paperwork

Hi nerdette, how is your case coming along? You can read up on my case in my signature.. nothing good so far =( You seem to be the longest out of all of us that are still waiting.. I really don't know what's going on with them.. the CSC doesn't even know anything more than the website.. even the LOCAL OFFICE knows more about your case.. you should try also making an infopass appointment to check with your local office.. I'm making another one for 1/18/2008.. so hopefully I will hear something new... good luck to you :thumbs:
