Sent it off 5 days ago to TSC. Looks like the vermont service center is way faster. Why are all of the TSC getting transfered to CSC now? Anyways fingers crossed for some speed here and zero RFEs.

Also i want to thank Peter for the future advice on the i134. As well as other Colombian k1 help from Silvia for my fiance.

Married June 28th 07 Wedding in Bello ( applied for residence in Colombia, granted temporal residencia for 2 years.)

I am just starting to fill the forms out. Maybe since you've already done so you can answer a question for me? at the bottom of the biographical form, it says the applicant should fill in their name in the black bordered box. Does the US citizen put their name in it, the name of the fiancee, or leave it blank? I can't quite figure it out!

08/30/06 - NOA2

09/26/06 - received at NVC

09/27/06 - forwarded to consulate

20/11/06 - visa in my pocket!

14/01/07 - POE

13/04/07 - marriage

27/04/07 docs sent in for AOS, EAD, AP

26/06/07 - biometrics appointment

02/17/07 - AP and EAD arrive

03/03/08 - Infopass - where the heck is my AOS interview?? No one knows!

K-1/K-2 AOS APPROVED IN ATLANTA MAY 17, 2006

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.

Congratulations on sending in your I-129F package you have now started your visa journey it is going to be a little longer than other services centers but that is alright. I will show you some short cuts for your K-1 petition when it gets to NVC. :yes:
