Okay i know i need to submit assets from my banks, but i also read i need a letter from people who hold my debts. So I need a statement from the bank on my home equity loan and bike loan to?

You only need to think about your assets (which counts differently than income) if you do not have sufficient income to meet the 125% of poverty level.

If you are relying on assets, you need 5 times as much as the 125% poverty level. And you would need to show the value of the asset and the amount you still owe.

okay forgive my ignorance on this. I'll give you what i have and maybe it will clarify. i own my house, about 70k in equity, have a savings of about 2k, no credit card debt. i have a bike loan, about 4 yrs left and about 10k on that. i have in line of credit of 5k(to see my fiancée of start the ball rolling) to be paid back in 5yrs. My income is about 57k per yr. the only people i will be supporting is me and my future wife.

For the K1 visa, you file the I-134 form. If you read the instructions that come with the form you would have seen that if your income is sufficient you can simply skip all the asset related questions. Your income is quite sufficient, so just leave the asset portion blank.

You'll file the I-864 after she arrives and you are married. It goes in with the application to adjust status.
