Hi all,

Really appreciate sharing some information regarding this topic - what are the time limits for CR-2 holder to enter the USA, whether this holder (she) is capable to do it separately from her mom ( CR-1 holder) ? The point is that this potential CR-2 holder, the daughter of my fiancee, attends the school abroad, so her movement to the USA will really depend on her school schedule.

Thanks

i think i read 6 month i might be wrong. well good luck it sounds like you still have to file for your step daughter because it is your fiancee child you have to get married or fiancee has to file and your looking at a year or more for the application to be approved first
