HELLO AND WELCOME TO VJ! I WOULD NOT WORRY ABOUT NOT HAVING ANY MORE "TOUCHES". WE FILED JAN 27TH AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY EITHER. SOME MEMBERS HAVE REPORTED RECEIVING THEIR NOA2'S IN THE MAIL, WITHOUT EVER GETTING AN EMAIL NOTICE EVEN THOUGH SIGNING UP FOR SAME. GOOD LUCK!

NOA1 JAN 30th

Check Cleared FEB 2nd

April 26th sent Email Inquiry to CSC

April 28th "Touched"

April 29th "Touched"

May 2nd "Touched"

May 3rd "RFE"

May 3rd now waiting for RFE letter content

May 8th "RFE" received

May 10th Flew out of state to obtain evidence

May 11th Flew home, copied RFE and Returned to CSC

May 17th "Touched"

May 18th NOA2 Approval at long last!

May 30th Received NVC Case number

Totally normal, you have to get used to it, you got a ways to go yet.

Best advice you can get! Dont start stressing too soon, or else you will lose ur sanity long before this journey is over.....

nothing to worry about. After i found my status first the first time at uscis.gov, it had never been touched gain until the day of the approval. My 1st status stated they received it and still pending, then my second stated the approval..... after 93 days from NOA1! :yes:

August 19, 2006 VISA ON HAND!!!

September 5, 2006- POE @ SFO

September 8, 2006- Applied for SSN

SSN arrived more than a month after.. GRRR!!

November 8, 2006- MARRIED @ San Francisco City Hall

November 21, 2006- Received official marriage certificate

Dec. 19, 2006- sent out AOS

Jan. 3, 2007- Cashed cheques for AOS and EAD

March 15, 2007- AOS interview; APPROVED!!

March 23, 2007- Welcome letter/notice received from mail

March 27, 2007- GREENCARD

Sept 5, 2007 - my first anniversary in the U.S

Jan 30, 2009 - Mailed I-751 removal of conditional residence status

Feb 2, 2009 - Package mailed 10:22 AM at Laguna Niguel, CA (CSC)

Feb 5, 2009 - Check cashed

Feb 26, 2009 Biometrics

Some people get approved and never get touched. Some people get touched and get a RFE. Then again, some people get touched a couple of times and get an approval!!! You just never know with the USCIS!!! :D

05-20-06: Arrived at POE, Honolulu

07-17-06: Married

AOS Timeline

08-14-06: Mailed I-485 to Chicago

08-24-06: NOA for I-485

09-08-06: Biometrics Appointment

09-25-06: I-485 transferred to CSC

09-28-06: I-485 received at CSC

10-18-06: AOS Approved

10-21-06: Approval notice mailed

10-23-06: Received "Welcome Letter"

10-27-06: Received 2 yr Green Card

I-751 Timeline

07-21-08: Mailed I-751 to VSC

07-25-08: NOA for I-751

08-27-08: Biometrics Appointment

02-25-09: I-751 transferred to CSC

04-17-09: I-751 Approved

06-22-09: Received 10 yr Green Card

N-400 Timeline

07-20-09: Mailed N-400 to Lewisville, TX

07-23-09: NOA for N-400

08-14-09: Biometrics Appointment

09-08-09: Interview Date Oct 07

10-30-09: Oath Ceremony

11-20-09: Received Passport!!!
