I don't believe anything the gutter press publish about him. Of course he is going to get negative press, he's black and from a muslim background for Gods sake. Same as Hilary will get because she is female. Steven said it all in his post, if you dig deep enough then all candidates have some dirt in their past and it will all come out. Thats what journalists do, what they get paid for, what sells the newspapers!!!

Anyone with any sense will ignore the media hype and look at what they want from a president.

IMO this will end up a battle between Barack Obama and Ron Paul. As in any election it will be down to the Democrats v the Republicans. Same as in the UK - Labour v Conservative.

A lot is personal opinions and long lasting allegiances to what policies and parties people support.
