ok, I have my container of JIF peanut butter and here is the ingredient list....

Made from Roasted Peanuts and Sugar. Contains 2% or less of: molasses, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (soybean), fully hydrogenated vegetable oils (rapeseed and soybean), mono- and digyycerides and salt.

one of my favourite comfort food meals is Alphagetti and cheese whiz on a toasted bagel... mmmmm, me want some now...

you know what I also found out that they don't have down here, at least not that I have seen... McCains Deep and delicious frozen cakes

Liver and onions. My Mom used to make that occasionally when we were children. We had to sit at the table until we finished it. It was a long wait, I think we prevailed at least a few times.

Yeah! I know! How could some American not have figured out how good frozen cakes are and at least made an American version? McCains is Canadian, though, so I don't know if they sell stuff in the US or not. Too bad!

Ahhhh tea. My MIL and her mother got me hooked on hot tea with cream. Mmmmmm!!!!!!! She brings me (or ships) King Cole tea bags. I've tried so many down here...none of them match the King Cole tea. Now, Cdn Tetley might be good...haven't tried it. So far King Cole wins hands down for me.

*sigh* There's so much that I wish we had down here.

I am pretty sure I have seen have frozen cakes down here just not McCains

Tetley Tea is good but it has to be Orange Pekoe and the round bags... I had a roommate who hated the round bags and much preferred the square bags but I like the round bags because they fit perfectly in your tea cup or mug
