hello all and happy holidays to everyone.

I have kind of complicated case. I petitioned for my fiance and it was returned to back to the service center october of 2006. Me and my fiance broke up shortly after that because things just didnt work out. I swore i would never go through this again.

Anyway i happen to meet this wonderful man from pakistan and went to his country and we were married. We have many redflags. Frankly if i was consulate looking at my petition i would be suspiciouse because of the other relationship before this.

I am wondering if i should include a letter in my original petition for cr-1 visa addressing my red flags or not. Would it just open a new can of worms? My petition is about one inch thick full of emails ecard phone bills ect. I am feeling this is not enough.

I am asking all those that got there petitioned sent back to the service centers what would they would include in there original submissions if they could do it all over again? Does addressing the redflags help or hinder the situation?

Thanks for any help you might be able to give me.

It is my observation that red flags should be stated in the initial petition.

The reason for it being that if this petition would also be returned, the consular would have to return it for new compelling reasons, not

known before and that were not initially submitted to USCIS.

If the CO wants to deny for a specific red flag and that red flag was submitted to USCIS and the petition was approved then the CO

has to have a very good reason to return it.

Check the waiver/AP forum for the specific returned petitions thread, there is a lot of great information.
