My husband came here on a K-3 visa and I am having so much trouble doing the AOS packet. Please help on these topics

1. I am student and so I need to use a co-sponsor. How do I fill out the I-1864. Do i do two separate forms- one with my information and the other with my parents information.

2. Do I send along copies of the tax papers....... if yes, for how many years?

3. Do i mail all the forms to one location........ and what is the address?

4. Which address do i mail all the documents to? I reside in California.

Hi,

1. You need I-864 for yourself and I-864 from your parents.

2. You need to send copies of your last 3 years-2006,2005,2004.

3. You mail all your forms to the Chicago lockbox. The address is in the instructions for filling out

I-485. Use the "GUIDE" link. It has a lot of the answers you may have.

4. Chicago lockbox
