Hi guys,

I mailed my I130 to cali on 6/28/07 and received noa1 on 7/12/07. Now they said 6mos or less on their site, I have yet to get a decision or approval noa2. Are there any other filers around this time frame that did not receive approval?. I am calling twice a day and all they tell me is I have to wait until end of jan to put in a request , this sucks My hubby has asked me to come and stay until interview time, but i have to sit here and wait on noa2 before i can leave. I never knew this would be sooo hard I was introduced to my hubby through my best friend, she told me after 6 mos or so your hubby will be with u, but i guess that was back in the day. Please can someone let me know their stats..
