Guam = USA?

We are currently filling out Packet 3 for the K1, and it asks her to list all of her entrances to the US. Unfortunately, they only have space on the form for three times....of course, they leave enough space for someone to have eight children....not sure what the thought process is there.... :wacko:

Anyways, she has only been to the US proper three times, so no problem. But she has been to Guam a whole bunch of times, and we aren't sure if we need to include those or not. Her passport lists her Guam visits US Immigration, but it really isn't the US....so are they necessary?

If so, what can we do about the limited space?

Thanks!

It is a territory, so going to Guam is going to the US.

I agree.

I had been to the US 5 or 6 times already when I filled out that specific form you mentioned. I listed the last three visits on it. Later at the interview they went over that and re-checked the dates with me and I mentioned that I had travelled to the US more than that, the woman said it was necessary to submit those dates as well and simply wrote them on the form by hand.

My suggestion for you: attach a separate sheet of paper and list all entries to the US and Guam. That way you are on the safe side.

Yes, Guam is the USA. You can attach a separate sheet or do as the Canadians in border towns do and simply indicate you've entered the US (Guam) numerous times between a range of years.
