any one know about I864w

HOW IS THIS FORM USED

1) you have earned (or can be credited with 40 quarters of coverage under the SSA )if u have 40 quarters or SSA coverag you are exempt from the requirement to file the form i-864. you can acuire 40 qualifying quarters in the following ways.

*working in the USA for worked 40 quarter in which you recived the minium income establisbed by the social security adminstrtion

my question is that is this mean that any one worked 40 quarters early but his income is not enough to sign i-864 and he or she will exempt from sign i-864.

It means if the beneficiary has worked 40 quarters (10 years) in the U.S. and is credited with the work at SS the I-864W is used instead of the I-864.
