hello friends

i wan ask u about processing time

servise center processing date CSC posted December 14-2007

form processing time

I130 petition for spouse 18 june

yesterday processing time was showing 6 months

i wan ask how uscis work on processing time showing in list

if you read the top of the page it says these are the dates of last processed or are working on processing them.

it also said they were backloged with double the apps. when fee increased so all you can do is go visit your so or sit back and not enjoy the ride for it is a long road to wait so if you just filed it will be some time before it is approved best thing you can do is keep your self as busy as possible. godd luck on the journey
