This has bothered me for almost 5 months now and I am going to finally ask. On the USCIS website, processing times.

What is the green and yellow mean??? I've looked for an explaination, but can't find it.

Also for I-129f why does it say k1/k2 - not yet married - fiance and/or dependent child. That is the one I am following but we are already married and are doing the k3. But there isn't a line for the k3.

I may be mistaken but I don't think that green or yellow coloring means something. It's just how all these tables are usually structured, so we - who read these tables - don't get confused. This visual separation intends to help. So, every next type of form is given a different color, this is it!

As for the K1/K2 versus K3, you can see that right below the I-129F line there is a bunch of I-130 which you're supposed to be using if you're already married. I believe that's exactly yours. Who knows why they don't verify that this type application goes for K3 visa as they do for I-129F form??? Just messy....

I hope that other users will back me up with it:)
