I am almost ready to send off my packet for the I-129F, and ready to begin the long journey.

I have one more question: Do I need to include the I-134 in this packet, or is this only for the interview?

if I have to include the I-134 are there other forms I should know about related to this??

This is a very frequent question. I-134 is not needed for the I-129F filing it is needed at the visa interview, the financial info needs to be current closer to interview date.

:guides: K-1 Guide specifies exactly what is needed when you file the petition, I-134 is not listed, or requested by the directions included with form I-129F
