Does anyone know if it's possible to change the address of the beneficiary if they move? I know I, the US citizen, can change my address and I've read about the AR-11 form for non-US citizens, but that looks like it's for non-citizens already here in the States.

I-129F RFE(s) : 2007-12-31

RFE Reply(s) : 2008-01-11

I-129F NOA2 : 2008-01-25

NVC Received : 2008-02-06

NVC Left : 2008-02-15

Interview Date : 2008-04-04 (AR for a W-2, sustained income evidence, and Doc Verification)

Document Verification results received and back on Consular Officer's Desk: 2008-06-02

Contact DOS or consulate AFTER the petition goes through NOA2, and NVC, using the MNL__ Case number assigned by NVC.
