Just approved yesterday. Just wondering if anyone can give me a guesstamite of the time till I will receive package three? Also, anyone have a rough Idea how many months till the interview from the I-129f being approved. Tried to do a timeline search but not many keep these up to date !!!!!!! Please Help !!!!!

Feb. 15/ 07 --- GC approved

Nov. 17/09 -- I-751 sent (Day 1)

It took 2 weeks for it to go between NVC and the embassy. It took another week for it to reach us after the embassy got it. It about two months for us to get the interview after that was sent in. It probably would have been longer but we got our case transferred to Vancouver and got an interview date right away. You're probably looking at 3 months minimum before the interview. Good luck and be patient!

From what Montreal told me yesterday, they are now backlogged to 4 months between the date they receive the Packet 3 from you and your interview date.

Dec 10 - sent I130 for Mom & Dad

Jan- Recd NOA1

Feb- Recd RFE for missing BC

Mar- Recd RFE for missing BC

Apr- NOA2 Case approved

May- NVC case #

May- paid $88 AOS FEE
