Hello all! My husband and i are just starting to process our I-130. We are anticipating and preparing for all other possible documents the embassy will require of me in the interview. it won't come soon yet but the documents like evidence to prove ongoing relationship which is so crucial to approval/disapproval of visa should be gathered from this time onwards.

You may have read a similar querry with mine before anyhow i may i reiterate. My questions are- since we do videocall, doing away with chats and emails, can screen shots of our videocall session be enough as proof of communication? we videocall each other everyday. and how many screenshots should be enough? and what other related ways can we show ongoing relationship? (besides snail mails, waybill, cards, phonebills that is)

Thank you very much for your help.

Take anything you think you may need, I always think that it's better to be overprepared than not be prepared at all. So if screenshots is all you have, take them with you to the interview. You can also show pictures, you and your husband, you and his family, him and your family, trips, boarding passes, etc. Take as much as you can because they CO may ask to see it all.

You can use screen shots of chats/calls and actual call logs. I wouldn't print out more than two or three screen shots a month as long as you can show the log of dates and times of the calls.

Evidence of visits, particularly visiting at interview time are excellent.
