is that one passport type photo per page of G325A

meaning 4 passport photos?

or just one and attach it to the first page of G325A?

here is another silly question also...

i have supplement pages is it acceptable to staple them to the corresponding form? or should i leave them loose directly behind corresponding form?

and one more silly question....

is it ok to paperclip the entire packet together?

i know they are silly questions but i dont want anything to be held up for any reason so i want to make sure it is as easy and simple as possible once USCIS receives my envelope

any advice is much appreciated....

It means just one photo with name on back for each of you. Do not staple the supplemental sheets since the application will be taken apart for scanning. Just make sure your names are at the top of each sheet and on each sheet of proof that you send in. You can use one of the large paperclips at the top or their preferred method is a 2 hole punch at the top with acco fastener and tabs at the bottom.
