had my biometrics today for I-485 and EAD..

she only took one finger print of my right index finger?

is that correct?

Hi Again...

Did you have your picture taken as well at the biometrics appointment?? I am thinking that your EAD is only being worked on at this point (as you mentioned you received and RFE on the 485).

As I said in the email - I would call so you are not driving yourself crazy over this!

And just to confirm my husband had all 10 prints were taken and additional right and left index finger print as well as photos for the greencard. The lady actually said "Oh yes this is the picture that will be on your greencard so look your best!" She was very nice and explained everything to us (we brought my son with and she was showing him how the fingerprint machine worked and let him watch the prints come up on the computer screen) -- ALSO online both our AOS and EAD were touched the 31st and then the 2nd of January.

Dont get too worked up about it -- just call to ease your mind!!!

Take Care,

Malarie

I had my biometrics yesterday also. The guy took my fingerprints of 4 fingers on my right hand, then my right thumb, then the four fingers on my left hand, then my thumb, and then my individual fingers. I thought it might have been all of them individually but now that I think of it I can't remember. I know he definitely took one of my indexes finger on its own though.

Not sure what's going on with your case but I would probably call to ask about it, too.

I had mine in Nov and had all 10 prints - even had to re do a couple because he wasnt happy with the way a couple came out - so i would be a little concerned - to be fair the guy who took mine seemed very knowledgable and i left feeling very happy with the service there.
