What is the best way to send the form? I have seen some say by certified mail, can certified mail go to a PO Box? Because the address I have for the CSC is a PO Box and I know Fed Ex will not ship there. Any advice and or tips would be helpful as I am sending the forms tommorow.

Everything with the USPS is sent to a "PO box" per se..... Eventhough I have a physical address, the mail is put in a "box"

Definately USPS. It's fast, relatively cheap and quite reliable. You can track your mail online too.

Its not a problem because of the PO Box?

Not that I would know of. I sent my documents and I don't recall having that problem. I guess the best bet is to talk to a USPS representative but I do not believe it's a problem.

If you are sending by Priority or First Class with delivery confirmation, it can definitely be sent to a PO Box - I speak as a seasoned eBay seller who sends everything that way and has never had anything returned by the USPS. I have never sent anything by USPS Express Mail, but I don't think there would be any problem with that as well. Delivery Confirmation does not mean that someone has to sign for it, only that the mail carrier scans the barcode on the label before delivering the package.

Yes, the USPS (The US Postal Service) delivers to PO Boxes. I suggest Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.

FED EX WILL deliver to a box you just have to sign a "waiver' on the way-bill to allow them to leave it at the box

Send via USPS. You can print the label at home from the usps.com website and have a tracking number to check delivery status online. Will cost you $4.60. Just get a priority envelope from the post office.

I have found USPS Express Mail to be pretty reliable to Nepal, but I would never send anything, even a postcard, by regular USPS mail. This has more to do with Nepal's mail service than with USPS though - a fellow Nepal VJer told me she sent 9-10 letters to her SO by regular mail and not a single one got there!! :o I sent a Diwali card to my husband with a regular airmail stamp and it never arrived. I did send his Christmas present by Priority Mail and was a little nervous but it did get there - the Nepali postal workers didn't even help themselves to the chocolates I sent.
