HELP WITH FORM I-693

HELLO GUYS AND GIRLS !!!

ny name is oscar, i came to US with a k1 fiance visa, after that i got already married ,now i trying to submit all forms for my adjustment of status.

this is my question, before comming here,the us embassy in my country asked me a medical examination and a supplement of vaccination. i did it,and i gave to us inmigration at the entry port in the airport.

now,i dont know what do about the form I-693, do i have to do a medical examination and vaccination again?

If you did immigrations vaccinations before the visa interview, and if they were in the immigrations packet, they should be at USCIS waiting for your adjustment. You may try sending in the AOS package without medical, but you may get an RFE for it.

If you do get RFE you only need to submit a vaccination supplement (I-693A) with the AOS paperwork.

Get foreign vaccination records transfered to the supplement by a US Civil surgeon. Some doctors want to wack you for a full medical, don't let them, insist on the supplement.
