I am so excited to hear from CRIS today!!! After several months of not being touched or even looked at, I decided to make some calls and guess what I found in my email today? An approval for both the I129F& I130. Ok, so now what? Those who have experience...now what happens? Also, I have a separate question...

If my husband doesn't need a waiver will he still need a hardship letter?

Thanks!!!

Congratulations Auntliliy. To answer your now what question, you will wait for the I-129f (K3) to be sent to the National Visa Center (NVC). If you plan to call NVC allow at least two weeks for them to get your petition. Lately. some petitions take as long as 30 days or more depending upon which service center your petitoins are at.You will need to speak with a customer service agent to require on a K visa. NVC will assign a case number starting with an acronym for the US Embassy your spouse will be interviewed at. Example MNL2008530xxx.

Naturalization

3/23/14 - N400 package sent to Phoenix

3/27/14 - N400 package delivered

04/29/14 - biometrics date
