Birth Certificate of fiance

Does my finance needs "Birth certificate" at time of K1 or for other purposes during AoS,interview,GC ? He currently holds visa for uk,Au. and doesn't have birth certificate.

A birth certificate is needed at the visa interview.

It is not required to include the beneficiaries birth certificate into the initial K1 package but some people have received an RFE (request further evidence) for not including it. If you receive an RFE for not having it in there, you'll have to get that document and send it off to the USCIS.

Mostly, it is needed for the interview.

Birth cert is needed for the visa interview, and later some states require it for marriage license, and is needed for AOS, it is not needed for the initial I-129F filing.

It's not needed, but people have gotten an RFE for not including it. I put mine in there just to be safe

I also include my fiance's just in case. One word of caution, should you choose to include it in the I-129f packet and its in a foreign language, you must include a translation for it.
